John has worked with tax for more than 40 years. First for 27 years at the municipal and state tax authorities and since 2006 at TaxMaster. While working at the tax authorities, John has, in addition to complicated tax cases, held positions as team and department manager.
John is co-editor of the Auditor’s Manual, which is published twice a year.
John is also a member of the Karnov Group’s author corps and is responsible for editing various themes about tax law.E.g. tax when moving to Denmark, tax on emigration from Denmark, hiring out labor and much more.
John has been editor of TaxMaster’s email services MorgenSkat og MorgenMoms for 5 years.

For the last 16 years Malene has been working with auditing, accounting and counseling within taxation. Most recently she comes from a position within Beierholms taxation department, and has therefore a perennial and a wide range of knowledge and experience for counseling within taxation. In August 2023 Malene joined TaxMaster ApS as a partner.
In addition to Malenes accounting skills, she brings a unique insight into agriculture in general as she herself was born and raised on one. This relationship has given Malene a very special interest in succession within agriculture. Most recently, she has also completed a succession with her parents.
Through her broad experience within accounting and taxation, Malene therefore has the best skills within succession in agricultures including all matters a succession entails, both financially, tax-wise and family-wise.
